That was LOTS of fun getting to work. Final work around was extracting the Vista x64 drivers, and pointing the upgrade toward the files. I've got sound, but no sound control center thing. Which, really, it isn't missed all that much. ... The sidebar is now integrated into the OS, and although the gadgets don't remain on top, a quick aero peek allows me to see them.
